Pinned Article ITS - Computer Support Policy

The UH Information Technology Services (ITS) department provides technical support to Supported Users systemwide via the ITS Help Desk. UH users can contact the ITS Help Desk for support by calling, sending an email, connecting via Live Chat, or visiting the IT Center or ITS Computer Labs for walk-in support (Manoa campus only).

ITS - Government Issued Photo ID Requirements

The ITS Help Desk may ask for a copy of a government issued photo ID in order to identify a user when processing certain requests. Requests that require a copy of a government issued photo ID for verification include, but are not limited to password resets or the issuing of Duo Multi-factor Authentication bypass codes. As a government issued photo ID will contain Personally Identifiable Information, in order to protect the identities of our users it is necessary to send that information securely
