Using this software UH faculty and staff may scan their web sites and/or pages for WCAG 2.1 or WCAG 2.2 compliance. Inclusive in scanning websites, a compliance report can be printed in order to manually fix issues that the software finds.
The software is located on a Windows 11 VM (virtual machine) and access is granted on a first come, first served basis. To request access, please fill out the reservation form.
Requests received may take 1-2 business days to be processed. Once processed, you will receive instructions on how to access the VM via
Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection software, along with a unique password that will be sent to you via the UH Filedrop system.
When submitting a reservation request, please only submit for times that you will actively be using the tool. Once a scan is completed you can download the report to work on any changes. This helps ensure that others are able to utilize this resource.
