Request a Sandbox

• Requestor must be a UH faculty or staff
  • Limit 5 sandboxes
• Exception: Graduate students assigned to teach a class and need to request a sandbox to develop a course, can request a sandbox (quantity allowable based on number of assigned CRNs in Banner for the term, but not to exceed 5 sandboxes)
  • One of the following is required prior to submitting a request form.
    • CRN and faculty assignment of the graduate student must be present in Banner
    • An email to uhdl@hawaii.edu from the Department Chair confirming the Graduate Student's teaching assignment. The email should include:
      • Graduate Student name
      • Course Information: Course Alpha/Number
      • Term/Semester
      • CRN
