Guest User Account

Request a Lamakū Guest User Account

  • Requests must be submitted by a UH faculty or staff.
  • This process allows a non-UH participant (person without a UH username or password) to have a temporary Lamakū user account, but does not grant the user their own site.
    • Examples of non-UH participation include, but not limited to:
      • Enrollment in non-credit course
      • External Collaborator
      • External Reviewer
      • Guest Presenter/Speaker
      • Participating in Senior Visitor/Kūpuna Program
  • Guest user accounts are not for provisioning a Lamakū user account for a new hire who is currently onboarding and have not yet obtain a UH username and email account (please consult department's HR specialist to request a temporary affiliation UH account to ITS for the new hire currently onboarding instead).
  • Review Guest User Accounts section in the LMS User Accounts standard operation procedures before submitting form.
