eBanner (Student Information System)

Overview

eBanner is the Student Information System for the University of Hawaii

eBanner Admin Access

eBanner Admin Pages Access for administrative and support staff to have direct access to Banner forms, Banner sFTP.

Employees who change positions on campus must complete a new eBanner Access Request for and get approval from their current supervisor, campus security coordinator, etc.

ReportServer

The ReportServer Kuali build form is currently being reviewed and re-worked to consolidate access requests to all reporting tools.

Banner Printer Request

Request for Banner Printer changes should originate from a Banner Security Coordinator or a campus IT person.

The following information should be provided:

  • Desired Print Queue name:  (i.e. hcc00xx for Honolulu CC, etc)

  • Make and model of the printer: 

  • IP Address of the printer:

  • Location of the printer: (i.e. building/dept)

eBanner Admin pages access requires that you are on the UH Network or the UH VPN.
