When unarticulating a course in SHATAEQ for a student, you MUST apply a Level filter to prevent unarticulating courses at other institutions.
An uunfiltered view of a SHATAEQ record for a student is show below. Notice in the Level column that multiple Levels (institutions) are visible. Follow the steps below to filter a record by institution.
If you need to unarticulate a course, open the filter screen and apply a filter on Level. For this example we want to filter for Leeward Community College, so enter U7 or %7 for the filter and click Go. Use the appropriate Level code digit for your institution).
Now the SHATAEQ screen only shows courses at Leeward for that student. Proceed with unarticulating as needed.
