SSB9 - How to Search for an Advisee

Overview

This article provides instructions for advisors on how to search for an advisee.

Searching for an Advisee

  1. Log in to the Faculty and Advisor Self-Service Dashboard (link), then click Counselor Student Profile to display the Advisee Search tool.
  2. Click the drop-down menu to select a Term.
  3. Select an option to search by Student ID, Student Email, or Student Name (Last Name, First Name), then enter the appropriate information in the field below.
  4. Click View Profile to display the Student Profile.
