UH Wireless - Solution for No Sign-in Page

Problem

  • You have followed all of the instructions for connecting to the UH wireless network, but the Wireless Authentication window is not popping up to allow you to sign in. 

Resolution

There are multiple solutions to resolve this, try the following in order from easiest to hardest.

  1. Check your device's time and make sure it is correct. If not, go to Settings/System Settings and make sure to update your time zone to Hawaii Standard Time (HST) or toggle on Set time zone automatically.
  2. Open a web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and go to neverssl.com or 1.1.1.1
  3. Forget the network (in Settings) and reconnect.
  4. Add your device to our Wireless Passthrough (link) to connect to the network without signing in.
