If you have an existing ticket, you can either add a comment via the Client Portal, or reply to the email notification you received for your existing ticket.
Receiving Email from the ITS Help Desk
The ITS Help Desk utilizes TeamDynamix for their ticketing system. Emails you may receive from this system will be from one of the following accounts:
- tdx-notify@hawaii.edu
- notify@teamdynamixapp.com

Replying to an email received from TeamDynamix will be to the email address:
